Retail property is arguably the most specialist of sectors and Dresler Smith have been an established name, particularly in the North East & West market since inception.

We continue to act for a core of regional multiple occupiers including Crawshaws, Teddy Clark, Azendi and Garage. This has involved acquisition and professional advice not just in the region but also throughout the UK and in many of the major Shopping Centres.

We are also retained by Wm Morrisons Supermarkets Plc in their capacity as Landlords throughout West Yorkshire.

Other recent and current clients include: Sainsburys, Tesco, Deutsche Bank, Oakgate Plc and LCP Properties. Many of the holdings that we manage as a practice have a bias towards retail property as a consequence of which we have a 50:50 split between Landlord and Tenant representation. This give us a balanced understanding of the market in which we have very established links with the other agents and national/regional multiple tenants.

We continue to advise on retail investment, lettings, asset management, professional and development instructions throughout the UK. Latterly this includes the redevelopment of Immingham Town Centre, the pre-let and redevelopment of a major new store for B&M and Magnet in Plymouth as well as 2 local parade developments anchored by South West Co-op in Warminster and Andover.
