|2||Industrial||6.5-9%||£500k – £5m||Multiple let industrial/trade parks.|
|3||Retail/Leisure||4.5-7%||£1m – £4m||c10 years plus term certain, top covenant, specifically don’t like ‘non-food discounters’ or banks. eg happy with Aldi, Waitrose, M&S … etc.|
|4||Industrial||7-9%||Any (bigger the better)||Prime location and single buildings, shorter term certains considered.|
|5||Retail||7-10%||Any||6 years plus, term certain, roadside/out of town or high street could well be discounter / food led.|
|6||Retail||6-10%||Any||Suburban/local shopping, services, food led|
|7||Hotels||5.25% plus||Any||Travel Lodge or Premier Inn – Good ones though!|
|8||Retail||10% +||Any||Leasehold investments, difficult to fund, with yield|
